Immigration services

Immigration paperwork, handled with the same care as your return.

Most immigration problems are not complicated — they are unfinished. Forms left half-done, evidence scattered across three drawers, a deadline nobody wrote down. We take the file in hand and see it through.

Family petitions · Green cards · Citizenship · Renewals and work permits

Bring these to the first conversation

  • Who the application is for, and who is sponsoring them
  • Where that person is right now — inside or outside the country
  • Their current status and the dates attached to it
  • Papers you already have, even expired or incomplete ones
  • Any deadline or appointment you were given

Nothing is final at this stage — we work out the gaps together, and we tell you what is missing rather than filing and hoping.

What we handle

The applications that get filed most, done properly.

Every one of these starts with the same question: what does this particular filing need to be accepted, and is it sitting in front of us? That answer shapes everything after it.

01

Family-based petitions

Sponsorship papers for a spouse, child or parent — forms assembled, evidence organised, and the whole package checked before it goes out.

  • Who can sponsor whom, explained first
  • Evidence lists built around your relationship
  • Copies dated and kept for your file
02

Green cards & adjustment of status

Applications filed from inside the United States, with the supporting forms and financial paperwork matched to your situation.

  • Form sets matched to your case
  • Sponsorship and financial documents
  • What to bring to the appointment, listed
03

Citizenship & naturalization

Naturalization applications with your history reviewed against the residence and physical-presence rules before anything is signed.

  • Eligibility checked against your dates
  • Application and photo requirements
  • Time set aside to practise the interview
04

Renewals, replacements & work permits

Cards and documents that have expired, been lost or need replacing — plus the paperwork that keeps you permitted to work while a case is open.

  • Renewal dates tracked for you
  • Lost or stolen filings replaced
  • Work and travel permission forms

How it works

Three steps, no mystery.

You will always know which stage your file is at, what is waiting on you, and what is waiting on us.

  1. 01

    Tell us the situation

A few sentences is enough to start: who is applying, where they are now, and what stage things have reached. We reply with the realistic next step.

  2. 02

    We assemble the file

Forms, evidence lists, translations and copies — put together in the order the filing goes. You read and approve everything before it is signed or mailed.

  3. 03

    We keep track of it

Receipts, case numbers, requests for evidence and appointment dates logged in one place, so you always know where things stand.

Where we stop

We'll tell you when a matter needs a lawyer.

We prepare and file applications, and we are honest about the edge of that work. Some situations turn on legal arguments and decisions only an immigration attorney can argue for you — the sooner you have one in those cases, the better.

If that is your situation, we say so at the start — not after you have paid us for paperwork that would not have helped.

While you're here

Immigration and tax files overlap more often than people expect — proof of income, sponsorship forms, years filed or missed. If both are on the go, mention it and we'll keep them consistent.
